Kline, RA as its new Vice President of Design and Engineering. In this role, Mr. Kline will be responsible for managing IPS' design and engineering staff, technical quality and in guiding the company's knowledge base and technological platform.

Mr. Kline has been with IPS for more than six years and is a well recognized figure in the Pharmaceutical Industry and is globally known for his contribution to the Sterile/Aseptic Sector. He brings more than thirty-five years of experience in strategic planning, master planning, programming design, construction management and facilities management for technically complex manufacturing facilities. Mr. Kline has also served as director of engineering for several major pharmaceutical manufacturers. His work experience includes completed projects ranging from major R&D facilities including discovery and development labs; clinical manufacturing pilot plants to manufacturing facilities to support facilities including offices, warehouses, laboratories, utilities, parking structures and hazardous material holding buildings. Mr. Kline is also considered an authority in state-of-the-art advanced aseptic processing facilities and risk-based technologies.
