The program also will make it easier for U.S. manufacturers to find and secure DoD opportunities that match their capabilities. This program is sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy, addressing the direct interests of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
