Advanced Machinery, Inc. Acquires Assets of Machine Tool Partners of Painesville, Ohio
Provides Northern Ohio Customers Full Access to New and Used, CNC & Manual Machine Tools, Comparators, Accessories, Tooling, and Supplies

Cleveland, Ohio -- Advanced Machinery, Inc., a full service machine tool organization headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, has acquired the assets of Machine Tool Partners of Painesville, Ohio, expanding Advanced Machinery's coverage area for Milltronics CNC Machines and their Emerge FANUC CNC machines into the entire state of Ohio.

In acquiring MTP intellectual property, equipment, part inventories, and by hiring their professionally trained service and sales personnel, Advanced Machinery is positioned to seamlessly transition and properly service and support the customers of Northern Ohio. AMC recognizes opportunities to serve new customers, expand business and create growth. The integration of the MTP business into AMC will benefit customers, AMC employees and strengthen the company.

Mark Allen, VP of AMC, remarked that, "Advanced Machinery's acquisition provides customers in Northern Ohio with the continuous availability of service, support, and the high quality American-made Milltronics CNC machine tools they have long relied upon, plus the addition of our other world-class products and services. Our entire team looks forward to servicing the new and used machine tool needs of Northern Ohio."

Started in 1978 in Dayton, Ohio, Advanced Machinery has worked with Milltronics CNC Machines for over 18 years in Southern Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. AMC currently has over 25 new machine tools, over 200 used machine tools, and over 50 comparators in stock.

The acquisition affords Northern Ohio customers full access to AMC solutions of new and used, CNC & manual machine tools, comparators, accessories, tooling, and supply.  Other quality services include machinery liquidations, application engineering, factory authorized service, complete turnkey systems, return on investment analysis, machinery appraisals, financing, leasing and rentals, as well as their own hauling and rigging.

Since Milltronics builds such an extensive range of high quality, great value, American-made CNC Milling and Turning Machine Tools that are easy to program, AMC has customers ranging all across the spectrum from tight tolerance, high precision, high speed, Aerospace and Medical work, to medium-to-high production machine shops and Automotive parts, to low quantity, quick set up, job shops all the way to tool rooms, schools, and universities.

"We are firm believers that 'there is a horse, for every course' and we are very fortunate to have such a wide range of solutions in order to provide a GREAT American-made machine for the specific need or application". It is very easy for customers to enhance their quality, productivity, and profits with the Milltronics machines.

The PC-based Milltronics CNC can be programmed either at the machine, or offline at your computer, with either the Conversational programming or using straight FANUC G-code.

Since the offline software can be used for Training and can be duplicated free of charge for every employee, student, and faculty member, it makes it very friendly for shops, manufacturers, schools, and universities.

To better serve customers requiring FANUC controlled machines, the Milltronics full line of Emerge Technologies CNC machines are equipped with FANUC CNC.

Milltronics has been proudly manufacturing in the USA since 1973 and has been a great fit for many companies that have similar and like-minded Midwestern values of the Minnesota-based machine tool builder.
