In acquiring MTP intellectual property, equipment, part inventories, and by hiring their professionally trained service and sales personnel, Advanced Machinery is positioned to seamlessly transition and properly service and support the customers of Northern Ohio. AMC recognizes opportunities to serve new customers, expand business and create growth. The integration of the MTP business into AMC will benefit customers, AMC employees and strengthen the company.

The acquisition affords Northern Ohio customers full access to AMC solutions of new and used, CNC & manual machine tools, comparators, accessories, tooling, and supply.
