(Louisville, Kentucky) - Autodesk Premier Solutions provider Advanced Solutions, Inc. will launch a new training series entitled, “Power Sessions.” The series was developed in response to demand for advanced training on software solutions including Autodesk Inventor software, AutoCAD Civil 3D software and Autodesk Revit products.

“Our technical staff listened to our clients' needs and their requests for additional training,” said Norb Howell, Advanced Solutions Chief Technology Officer.

The one-day class has five 75-minute Autodesk product focused sessions. The in-depth sessions are presented in a lecture format and are intended for experienced users of Autodesk products. The classes will be held at local hotels and conference centers throughout the Eastern and Mid-Western United States.

“We realize that being out of the office for more than a day can be very challenging for our clients so the Power Sessions are based upon our clients need to have focused ‘beyond the basics' training and only be out of the office for one day,” said Howell. “We want to maximize our clients' time and investment.”

The series is set to launch the first Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Civil 3D Software Power Sessions on Friday, February 20, 2009. Autodesk Inventor Power Sessions will be held in Cary, N.C., Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis. AutoCAD Civil 3D Power Sessions will be held in Charlotte, N.C., Cincinnati, and Detroit.

The second round of Power Sessions will be delivered on Friday, February 27. The Autodesk Inventor technology course will be offered in Charlotte, Cincinnati, Louisville, Ky., Nashville, Tenn., and Richmond, Va. The AutoCAD Civil 3D technology course will be hosted in Cary, N.C., Indianapolis, and Columbus, Ohio.

Dates and locations for the Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk Revit Structure, and Autodesk Revit MEP technology courses have yet to be announced. Advanced registration is required.
