LEXINGTON, KY (August 26, 2008) - LBX Company, makers of Link-Belt excavators, has named Eric Sauvage as its new Vice President and Chief Financial Offi cer. Sauvage replaces Tom Roberts, who has served as Vice President and CFO of LBX Company since 2000. Robertswill be retiring effective October 1st.

Sauvage joins LBX with 19 years of experience in various key management positions in both North America and Europe in the agricultural, construction equipment and fi nancial services industries. Most recently, Sauvage served as controller for construction equipment product development of CNH Global N.V. Before joining CNH, Sauvage spent fi ve years with GTE Directories in fi nancial operations roles, including business development. “Mr. Sauvage is bringing us a depth of global experience,” noted Robert Harvell, President of LBX Company. “We are pleased to welcome someone with such qualifi cations to our LBX team.”

Sauvage earned a master’s degree in international management from the University of Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in fi nancial management from Ecoles Des Cadres in Paris, France.
